San Diego State University offers more than 200 different student organizations, so there's guaranteed to be something for everyone! Whether you are interested in recreation, honors societies, cultural groups, professional development organizations, multicultural societies, or even starting your own student organization, you will find more information about how to get involved at the Student Activities and Campus Life Office.
Our student organizations are responsible for a majority of the programs and events held on campus each year including concerts, lectures, special events, cultural and social events, and conferences. This website was created in an effort to assist student leaders, organizations, and advisors by providing accurate information regarding events, policies, procedures, services, and resources.
Our primary responsibility is to serve as campus representatives advocating for student involvement on campus. We provide consultation on campus policies and procedures, as well assisting in event planning, budgeting, general organization management, and more. We rely on collaborative relationships with students, faculty, staff, Associated Students, and the entire campus community to serve you.
Feel free to consult our office for clarification, guidance, and advice at any time. We encourage and welcome feedback on all programs and services offered by our office. We look forward to working with you!
Sincerely,
The Student Organization Team
